Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

STRUB is committed to protecting your personal data. This page explains what data we process when you visit this site, why we do so, how long we keep it, and what your rights are.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is STRUB, a simplified joint-stock company with its registered office at 8 avenue Jean Prêcheur, Zone Industrielle, 67120 Duppigheim, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 348 741 596.

For any questions regarding your personal data, or to exercise your rights, you can write to us at contact@alsapan.com.

Contact requests

When you fill out the contact form, we process your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the subsidiary and subject of your request, as well as your message.

This data is used solely to process your request and respond to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us. It is kept for three years from our last exchange, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Job applications

The job offers displayed on this site come from our recruitment tool. Applications are submitted outside of this site, on the platform to which each offer redirects.

The data provided in this context is used to review your application. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Unless you agree to be kept in our talent pool, your file is deleted two years after our last contact.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic to understand what interests our visitors and to improve our content. Two tools are used:

  • Humblytics, an audience measurement tool that does not place cookies and does not allow us to identify you;
  • Google Analytics, which places cookies and is only activated after your consent.

Google Search Console is also used to track the site's presence in search results. This tool does not place any trackers on your browser and does not process any data about you individually.

Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of twenty-five months.

Jenna conversational assistant

This site uses Jenna, an AI-powered conversational assistant provided by the Croissant agency.

When you interact with the assistant, your messages are processed to answer your questions and, if necessary, qualify your request. If you provide your email address or other contact details, they are saved so that we can get back to you.

  • Data processed : message content, contact details you provide, page viewed, and date of the interaction.
  • Purposes : to answer your requests, qualify your needs, and ensure follow-up.
  • Legal basis : our legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us. If you leave your contact details for us to get back to you, the processing is based on your voluntary action.
  • Hosting : data is hosted within the European Union. Processing by the model is carried out by a technical service provider that does not reuse your interactions to train its models.
  • Retention period : twelve months, after which conversations are deleted or anonymized.

You are never required to use the assistant or provide it with personal information. We advise you not to enter sensitive data.

Who has access to your data

Your data is processed by the teams at STRUB and its subsidiaries relevant to your request. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

We use technical service providers who act on our instructions:

  • Webflow : website hosting and form submission
  • Microsoft : professional email services
  • Humblytics : cookie-free audience measurement
  • Google : audience measurement and SEO tracking
  • Flowappz : cookie consent management
  • Croissant : website design and conversational assistant
  • Jobaffinity : job posting and application management

Transfers outside the European Union

Website hosting by Webflow and Google services involve data transfers to the United States. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided by the General Data Protection Regulation, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the providers' adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and trackers

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use two categories:

  • necessary cookies, which are essential for the site to function and for remembering your consent preferences. They do not require your agreement;
  • the audience measurement cookies, placed by Google Analytics. These are only placed after you have given your consent.

During your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or decline them. Declining is just as easy as accepting and does not prevent you from browsing the site. You can change your choice at any time from this page.

Videos embedded on the site are played in cookie-free mode: nothing is placed on your device unless you start playback.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as well as the right to object to and restrict its processing.

To exercise these rights, please write to us at contact@alsapan.com. We may ask for proof of identity if there is any doubt regarding the identity of the requester. We will respond within one month.

If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or via the website www.cnil.fr.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, and disclosure. Communications with this site are encrypted.
