Whistleblowing system

In accordance with Law No. 2016-1691 of December 9, 2016, on transparency, the fight against corruption, and the modernization of economic life (known as the Sapin 2 Law), and Law No. 2022-401 of March 21, 2022, aimed at improving the protection of whistleblowers (known as the Waserman Law), STRUB provides a professional whistleblowing system.

Any person, whether internal or external to the company (employee, collaborator, supplier, client, service provider), may report facts or behaviors that may constitute a violation of the law or regulations.

The confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and the information provided is guaranteed. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within seven business days. A response regarding the follow-up will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding three months.
